As Daylight Savings approaches, you might be wondering how to prepare your child for the transition to the new time, especially if they are a sensitive sleeper. Here are a few helpful tips to prep them for spring forward! ☀️⏰

  1. Introduce the change gradually by moving bedtime earlier the night before and/or waking them up earlier the morning of
  2. Provide lots of extra outdoor playtime during the day so that they can be ready for an earlier bedtime
  3. Invest in blackout curtains to make it easier to fall asleep through the extra hour of sunlight
